These partnerships enable students to gain firsthand insights through knowledge exchange, real-world case studies, and feedback from industry experts. By understanding the standards upheld by MNCs and learning how to meet them, students become more confident and competent in navigating the professional landscape.
3. Can you share an example where collaboration with industry has directly benefited your students or academic programmes?
Collaborative projects with employers allow students to experience the dynamics of real workplace settings. Regular engagements through activity-based workshops, mentorship programmes, and other innovative employability support initiatives would help ensure students remain relevant and industry-ready.
5. How is your graduate centre preparing students to adapt to the future of work, especially in the context of rapid technological change and global industry shifts?
Our approach combines both technical and soft skill development. We invite employers to run bootcamps and carry out projects to strengthen students’ technical capabilities while also encouraging mindset and attitude sharing sessions to build character and resilience. At the same time, we actively bring our academic team close to employers—ensuring curriculum and content stay aligned with market trends, so students are equipped with latest industry-relevant knowledge.
