KUALA LUMPUR, 9 OCTOBER 2025: Malaysia has introduced its first AI-powered Smart CRM platform, Net7, which transforms business card data into searchable, categorised and insight-driven business profiles.

Co-developed by MoneyX and Mandrill Tech Sdn Bhd, Net7 aims to help professionals and enterprises manage and strengthen their business networks by converting traditional contact information into digital corporate intelligence.

The system is designed to reduce manual data entry by up to 99%, automatically tag industries and roles, and ensure valuable contacts remain within corporate databases instead of individual devices. Built for sectors including banking, insurance and retail, Net7 also integrates with major CRM platforms and complies with PDPA and ISO 27001 standards.

Mandrill Tech Chief Executive Officer Davent Low said the enterprise version of Net7, set for release by the end of the year, will offer data intelligence that tracks contacts’ career movements and provides real-time updates on corporate developments.

“Traditionally, business cards are static information, they don’t tell us the latest corporate news and what business sectors they are aligned with. Users will always stay informed as the app continuously updates network profiles when contacts move to new roles or companies,” he said.
