    Chief Executive Officer
    Muhammad Azmi Zulkifli is the Chief Executive Officer of InvestKL.

    In his current role as Chief Executive Officer, he leads the teams to identify, facilitate, and develop solutions for MNCs to locate their high value regional hubs in Greater KL and Malaysia. The focus sectors include oil & gas, healthcare, FMCG, business and financial services. To date, the InvestKL team led by Azmi has successfully brought in more than 90 MNCs to set up regional headquarters or hubs within Greater KL.

    He joined InvestKL in 2012 as Director of Investor Relations for Europe.

    Prior to InvestKL, Azmi has over 16 years’ experience in leadership and management positions spanning commercial business, business transformation and operations with MISC Berhad, a subsidiary of Petronas. He participated in MISC’s business transformation initiatives and was part of a leadership team to re-engineer, develop and commission a global ICT system throughout MISC offices globally.

    Azmi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA. Azmi has attended Petronas Management Training programs as well as participated in several Executive Management programs under Harvard Business School and Dale Carnegie Training.

    Vivian has over 15 years of international business experience in both the private and government sectors. She has held various managerial roles in the areas of business development, marketing, and investment acquisition across various vertical industries.

    Prior to joining InvestKL, she has enjoyed roles with organisations such as LexisNexis and Frost & Sullivan, with responsibilities ranging from leading the marketing team for the Southeast Asia region and dealing with large corporate clients.In Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), she was part of the investment acquisition team for North America.

    Vivian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management) from Towson University, Maryland USA.

    Poised as a driven and charismatic collaborator with 23 years of proven track record spanning the telecoms, technology and internet service sectors, Mah has a comprehensive functional experience in business development and strategy development, including operational execution, business intelligence, brand management and cross-country responsibility for sales and marketing.

    He possesses in-depth market knowledge on Southeast Asia, Indo-China and the Philippines. He also has a robust sense of business acumen with keen focus in Application, Services and Digital New Media, particularly on ‘Over the Top’ (OTT) delivery business strategy for convergence technologies.

    Mah started his career as an account manager with Alcatel Malaysia before taking on regional roles within the Alcatel organisation throughout ASEAN. Prior to joining InvestKL, he was the Head of Innovation at TIME dotCom.

    A global footprint based in 10 countries over 4 continents, Aidil’s experience covers Fintech, Global Equities Investment, Property Investment, Media Planning & Buying and Country Advertorial Reports.

    Prior to joining InvestKL, Aidil was part of Sime Darby Property’s Vision Valley Malaysia tasked to attract global catalyst investments into components from Logistics & Aviation MRO, International Sports Academy and Themed Parks & Attractions. He was also part of Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s business development team, driving user acquisition through innovative partnership collaborations and campaigns with industry leading brands. Aidil’s early career in Country Advertorial Reports brought him around the world, being posted in the Middle East, Caribbean, East Africa, Central and North America and Western Europe.

    Tim brings over 25 years of international experience in communications. Prior to joining InvestKL, Tim was the Client Service Director for a boutique local marketing communications agency. He was also the principal consultant for ETS Consulting, a marketing communications consultancy.

    Tim’s vast international experience and exposure from Australasia, Europe to Middle East includes Malaysia, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and Pakistan; spanning across industries such as advertising, telecommunications, tourism & hospitality, food & beverage, construction materials and FMCG.

    Tim holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from La Trobe University, Australia. He is also a certified and registered Trainer under the auspices of Perbadanan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB).

    Tim is also a member of the Malaysia Airlines’ Customer Advocate Group, MH Friends.

    Riyadh is legally trained and specializes in corporate and commercial law as well as have been part of numerous cross-border/cross- jurisdictional transactions. After having practiced as an advocate and solicitor for 5 years, he joined Prokhas (a consulting firm of the Ministry of Finance) in 2006 as a management consultant and embarked on 2 major business process reengineering projects, handling contracts negotiation, business analysis and assist in stakeholders’ management.

    Subsequently, Riyadh headed the legal advisory department managing the department’s SOPs, risk reporting, project reporting, business development, client management, providing legal advisory to both profit and cost centres of the company, assisting in matters relating to risk management and also advised the Government of Malaysia on various projects including the Bakun Hydroelectric Dam, the Second Penang Bridge and also the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project.

    Riyadh holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Malaya and a Masters of Law degree from the University of Warwick.

    Chua Hsui Lin is an accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University Putra Malaysia and international MBA from the EuropeseHogeschool Brussel.

    To date, she has more than 15 years of experience mainly in corporate recovery, corporate advisory as well as strategic planning and management. Her functional expertise in the course of her career includes business diagnostic review, business process improvement, financing, financial modeling, R&D, benchmarking, strategic business development, risk management and corporate social responsibility, to name a few.

    Her working engagement has enabled her to gain insights into key industries such as hydroelectric power station, public sector education, public sector home loan, corporate investment, land transportation, construction, plantation and ecotourism; all of which will be pivotal to lead the Advisory Team.

    Since joining InvestKL in 2011, Hui Min’s roles include providing consultative support to and developing strategic business proposals for global multinationals from Japan, Europe and Americas region interested in establishing regional management functions and activities in Greater Kuala Lumpur. She conducts research and analysis on global economic trend, market outlook, industry ecosystem as well as regional fiscal incentives and tax laws.

    One of her key projects at InvestKL was the development of the Principal Hub Incentive. She performed functional benchmarking and competitors’ analysis study, working directly with the Malaysian Ministry of Finance and National Committee of Investment.

    In the course of her work, she gained industry exposure in oil & gas, industrial product, engineering and digital initiatives. Her work experiences also include BNP Paribas in Equity Research, and Ernst & Young in Assurance & Advisory Business Services.

    Hui Min holds a BA (Honors) Economics and Finance from the University of Manchester, and an MSc Economics and Finance from the University of Bath.

    Yogeswaree Supramaniam is a Senior Manager in the Investor & Ecosystem Management Department since 2012. As part of the Investors Services team, she takes charge of managing the relationship with multinational companies which are under the supervision of InvestKL. 

    Yogeswaree studied law and has 20 years of experience in managing clients across the government logistics, transportation as well as telecommunication sectors. She has broad expertise in project management, client relationship, experience management, business development, talent management. She has successfully managed and launched several Customer Experience projects her tenure in private sector.

    Director, Finance & Corporate Services
    Hasnol is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountant, with more than 15 years of experience in financial management and corporate finance in private companies and MNC within the various sector, i.e. chemical, IT, automotive, shipping, rail transportation and telecommunication. He has held senior roles during the tenure where he participated in numbers of corporate exercises, including equity participation by venture capital, IPO submission and corporate restructuring.

    Prior to InvestKL, he was the Chief Financial Officer at one of the telecommunication company that own and operate a strategic optical fibre network within Greater KL. He also had served Prasarana Malaysia Berhad as Vice President of Corporate Services where he looks after monetization of rail assets activities to generate non-fare income for the group.

    Hasnol holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours from Universiti Teknologi Mara.
